Shipping
Pewter is a alloy composed of tin, copper, and antimony. Because of the nature of the metal, it requires special and exhaustive care to insure that it withstands the stress of transportation and arrives in good condition. As a result, our shipping charges reflect the cost of transportation, insurance, boxing and protective packaging.
Our standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground usingtotal order weight.
At the time of shipping, an email will be sent to you confirming the order shipment and will contain a tracking number.
Typically, orders placed during the standard business week, (Monday - Friday), will ship the same business day. On merchandise that is not in stock, we will custom cast and shaip as soon as possible.
Orders placed over the weekend will not ship untilat leastMonday.
Also, UPSdoes notpickup or deliver on federally recognized holidays.
Returns
Please call us at 401-728-8040 to obtain aReturn Authorization Number(RMA).
Return Authorization requests will be processed as soon as possible on Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Your order number must match our documentation and records.
Refunds are processed as soon as possible upon us receiving the return.
We only refund initial shipping charges or return shipping charges incurred by you if the item is defective or return is a result of an error on our part.

Shipping orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a copy of original receipt.

All returnsMUSTbe pre-authorized by phone (Return Authorization number must be included with the returned shipment).

Items which have been returned after 30 days will not be accepted and will be re-shipped at customer's expense.

A full refund for the returned product(s) will be issuedONLYif returned item is in new, re-sellable condition (unless item was originally damaged during shipping).

Items which show signs of use will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
